ESAD SALE-A-BRATION Blog Hop

Good afternoon and welcome to my blog. Today I have two cards to share with you that I made using the FREE* products offered during SAB.

*To qualify for free products you need to spend $110 (NZD) worth of product from any of our catalogues.

For the first card I have used the stamp set called See Ya Later.  I have had a lot of fun using my markers on it. Every line is a different colour. I designed this first one to be masculine, so mainly stuck to blues and greens with a touch of red. The embossing folder is also an item you can earn for free called Decorative Dots. I have also used the Banner Punch (which also has a matching stamp set)

For the second card I made this a feminine one. I just love this DSP (designer Series Paper) called Sweet Sorbet.  Again I have used the stamp set called See Ya Later and I have also used my markers, but this time I have also stamped the word Happy on a piece of scrap and stuck it on dimensionals.

Here they are together.

Happy Valentines Day

Good morning, I had my first class for 2014 last night, it was just a couple of wonderful ladies as it seems a lot are still away on their summer holidays, but it was a lovely night and I made the most of a small class by doing a couple of cards that used mainly markers. (I only have one set so it would take a long time if it was a larger group) These two cards I will share On Friday when we have a blog hop going live with fabulous ideas using the SAB products. Yes its that time again, spend $110 and receive a free item form the SAB catalogue.

For this post I am sharing a very sweet Valentines card I have cased from Dawn Griffith.  It uses a fantastic technique with your clear blocks.

Simple Butterfly Card

Good evening, hope you are enjoying the summer, today the weather was pretty wet here, but it is still very warm. I can not believe the kids only have 2 more weeks left of the holidays then its all back to routine time, pretty scary.

Yesterday I had a kids party to cater for, (I offer kids craft parties held at their place for birthdays) this party was for one of my girls that also attends my craft class held at my daughters school. Her name is Alina and she is a pretty special girl, so I sat down before i headed over and made her this card. She choose her colours for the craft projects to be orange and Blue so i designed her card around those colours too.

The girls had a great time, they made an owl note book, a butterfly card and decorated an m and m canister.

Mini Christmas Cards

Good morning, today is a quick post showcasing the cards I made for a very dear friend. Every year they order 100 mini cards for her husband to give to his clients as a thank you for their support throughout the year.

Happy New Year

Good afternoon, I hope the weather is a lot nicer where you are, we have a very muggy day here with rain and wind. Although saying that my gardens could do with a good watering.

I know Christmas is over but I thought I would quickly share a few cards I made.

The first three were made at my craft class i hold at my house once a month. the snow flake in the centre hangs when opened.

photo 2

For this card we did a lot of layering, a very simple card but the ladies just loved it.

photo 1

For the third card we used the beautiful Frosted Finishes Embellishments in the centre of the ornament on the card. We also used the Expressions Thinlits die. (merry) these are still available till the end of January.

photo 4

For the last card this was cased from a team swap made by Rachael Knight

sorry these were late, its great to have my computer back and be able to post again. Enjoy the Christmas break and for those in NZ and Australia the school holidays.

If you would like any details on my craft classes please email me at narellehoggard@gmail.com. I hold them once a month on the third Tuesday at 7.30pm here in Albany New Zealand.
