Just add ink…….. Critters

This week on Just add ink, is Just add Critters. I have cased this card, sorry I have no idea who’s it is, so if it is yours please take credit and write a comment. I have changed a few things but the layout is the same give or take.

I have used a variety of products on it including the Two step Bird Punch, DSP, Top Note Die, Ribbon and the stamp set Occasional quotes. (level 3 hostess)

I have sponged around the top note using the same colour ink just to give it a darker outside edge.

Here is my card:

  • Teeny Tiny Sentiments
  • Occasional Quotes
Card Stock
  • Whisper White
  • Blue Bayou
  • Old Olive
  • Chocolate Chip
  • Basic Black
  • DSP – Bella Rose
  • Basic Black
  • Cherry Cobbler
  • Blue Bayou
  • Chocolate Chip
  • Dimensionals
  • Two Step Bird Punch
  • Word Window Punch
  • Chocolate Chip Ribbon
  • Top Note Die
  • Textured Impressions  Embossing Folder

I love how you’ve added different colours to the bird and some ‘shading’. I must play around with my bird punch a bit more. Thanks for the inspiration.

I agree with Bronwyn thanks for the inspiration to add different colours to the bird as you have done. I have used my lattice embossing folder today for the first time and will be definitely using it more.
