Clean and Simple #111

Here is my card for last weeks Clean and Simple sketch, I just simply ran out of time to do it last week.

I have used glossy white paper for the background then embossed it with vintage wallpaper and sprayed it with glimmer mist.

Embossing Resist Card

Well I know I said the last post was my last one for stamp camp but now that Jacque is in Hamilton Island ( follow her trip here) I can post the last card we made, this is totally a wow card, my husband just loves it, so I guess since his birthday is next month I will do this effect for his.

The technique is embossing resist so we stamped the clock first. We brayered the top two colours and sponged the base colour,

The tree was stamped last and we used a white gel pen to highlight it.

We also used the pastels to colour the white flowers at the bottom on the base card.

well today i am hoping to get a chance to do the clean and simple sketch, I have been trying to make time all week to do it.

Enjoy your Friday and have a great weekend.

Different Card Techniques Used at Stamp Camp

Good Morning.

The last post of the projects from Stamp Camp. For these we made some beautiful cards all with a different technique on it.

The angel card is using punch art, isn’t she gorgeous, it’s also an easel card. I even embossed the envelope to match.

The deer card we used gold embossing powder and also sponged the mountains and brayered the sky.

For the last card we made flowers out of punches and sponged the edges for the effect needed.

We used the pearls for the centres. For the leaves we used the oval punch and put it through the crimper, we also sponged the edge of the card to give a vintage look.

There was one other card and its my husbands favourite but Jacque would like to use it for her swap for Hamilton island so I will post that one in a few weeks.

Christmas Ornament and 3D projects

Good Morning.

This is the third post from Stamp Camp. We did a few ornaments and 3D projects as well as cards and some scrap booking. Today’s post are the ornaments and 3D projects.

The little house is a Christmas ornament that you can hang from a tree, it has windows on each side with cute little pictures in each. On the back it has trees. The top is really glittery and so is the star.

The box is so sweet, the lid comes off completely you could fill this with anything and it would great as a gift. We used blender pens to colour in the pictures. Dont you just love the new colour Daffodil Delight.

The red one has a lip balm in it and we all decided it would be a great stocking filler. This is also using a new colour called Poppy Parade and Pear Pazzazz.

Beautiful yet easy Card set from Stamp Camp

Good morning, hope your week has started well.

Here is the second post of the products we made at Jacques in the weekend.

This is a great simple set of cards all made from one stamp set (Just Believe) and I must not forget the matching wheel, (Vine and Blossom). The case to hold them is stunning yet so easy to make. We used a lot of glitter on this set and it suits it so much, I do love glitter.

We used the new in colours for this card and the peals, don’t they look great.

Cork Board from Stamp Camp

Good morning,

Well the good news is I have found my camera and I have photos of the weekend projects.

The first one is a cork board we made. What a lovely gift idea or would look great in the office or kids room for notes and photos.

With the thumb tacks we made them with shrink plastic aren’t they just gorgeous. Im thinking of making some more with a butterfly stamp to add to the flowers, I thought that would finish this off perfectly. There is a lot of different effects with this one, and it was so much fun making it.

Busy Weekend

Just a quick update today.

What a great weekend, I spent most of it at Jacques House at a Stamp Camp weekend, we did some lovely projects which I will blog as soon as I find my camera. (hence no photos today) There were about 15 of us. We had some lovely ladies on my table, thanks girls for being so friendly and making the weekend so enjoyable.

Our table even managed to get some cards made for Jacque who was wanting them done for the womens refuge centre as thank you cards to send out the the sponsors who have helped them throughout the year. I think we made nearly 100 cards. Its amazing what a little bit of team work does and a great production line.

I then had two birthday parties to attend today after stamp camp with my two children so its been one very busy day. Lets hope I find that camera tomorrow and ill start posting the projects we made.

 Have a great week.
